Yoga for Every Body! Friday evenings, 5:30pm-6:30pm, January 10th - February 28th

Join these 8 week classes on Wednesday or Friday evenings. Friday class will use yoga postures designed to help every tired, inflexible, injured or stubborn body that chooses to join! Wednesday class will challenge those looking for more advanced yoga moves. In a small group setting, your instructor Suzanne will find ways to challenge you to build your strength and flexibility without intimidation/discomfort.
