Keltie has over 20 years of various roles in the customer service industry. Starting from a young age, working with her parents and their outdoor adventure guiding company, she played “patient” in their wilderness survival courses, slept in snow caves, hiked the west coast trail at age 9, summited her first multi pitch climb at the age of 14, traversed glaciers in the Columbia Icefields and kayaked in beautiful Nootka Sound. From there she went on to work the front desk at a world-famous Heli-Ski resort, and then owned her own café which catered to river rafters and kayakers form around the globe. Keltie is also an irrigation installation technician and most recently was a certified Phlebotomist (i.e. blood-taker) at the Campbell River Hospital.

Keltie is committed to creating exceptional customer experiences. She loves meeting new people and learning about their own adventures and experiences. Keltie is extremely happy to be a part of the Active Living team where quality client care is held to the highest of standards, and she can enjoy a good work/life balance to spend time with her family.
Born in Trail BC, and raised in the interior, Keltie moved to the island with her husband and two young boys. She has since fallen in love with island life and can usually be found on a lake with her paddleboard (or a good book) or fishing with her family. Together they have explored all over the island to find new and remote areas and create adventures.
