Active Living Physio is STILL offering Telehealth Physiotherapy! 


We are open for in-person appointments, but will continue to offer Telerehab via video for those who wish to stay home during these times or are otherwise unable to make it to in-person appointments. This may be due to illness, inclement weather, or feeling uncomfortable pursuing in-person appointments. Choose from either a 30 or 60 minute secure video appointment, with the physiotherapist of your choice.

Taught by Martina Forster, Occupational Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Runner and Cyclist, Yoga for Athletes is an 8-week series and will run both in-person (max of 6 people) and virtually (via Zoom.) Fridays, 5:30-6:30pm January 8 - Feb 26, 2021


Yoga for Athletes is designed for those who are active and want to stay injury-free and targeted for athletes' need for strength, balance and flexibility. $130 for 8 weeks.

GLA:D Canada Osteoarthritis Program is for those experiencing pain or stiffness in hips and/or knees or have Osteoarthritis of the hips and/or knees.


Taught by Kinesiologist Robyn Smalley, one of only 2 certified GLA:D instructors in Campbell River. The 7 week program runs twice weekly, Tuesdays & Fridays, 2-3pm $240+GST

Learn to Run 5k! (In partnership with River Runners Campbell River) 


Mondays & Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm, Feb 1st - April 22nd 2021

Hypopressives is a series of exercises that use the body's fascial system to recruit muscles of the pelvic floor, abdominal wall and respiratory diaphragm to retrain inner core function. Suitable for: women or men with incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti or sports hernia; anyone looking to improve posture; anyone with low back pain.

Stretching & Mobility Workshops!


Are you tight, inflexible or wish you could move with more ease? This workshop is for you! Join Robyn Smalley, Kinesiologist and Sophia Sauter, Physiotherapist for some innovative ideas on mobility. They'll teach rolling, stretching, and joint mobility you can do anywhere. Two levels available: "Basic" for those looking to learn basics of rolling, stretching, etc. and "More" for those looking for more in-depth education on mobility and fascial release.
