Kinesiology
Kinesiologists are much more than a personal trainer. They hold a university Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology (which is the study of human movement) and have an in-depth understanding of human anatomy and proper movement patterns as well as the science behind different training types and intensities.
Whether it is a one-on-one session or a group program, your goals, health history and health conditions will be considered in every exercise or workout prescribed. Kinesiologists are able to prescribe exercise for following conditions or injuries:
