Lindsey earned her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver after completing two Bachelor of Science degrees in both Biology and Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. Lindsey provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients, fostering their rehabilitation journey, and taking on the role of coach when motivation is needed. She strives to incorporate a mindful approach in her practice and believes in evidence-based active treatment that focuses on education, exercise, and manual therapy.

Lindsey was born and raised in Campbell River, and embraces the island vibe with a keen interest in hiking, running, cycling, and yoga. In the summer you can find Lindsey playing beach volleyball with friends, and exploring the woods hiking up the nearby mountains in the fall and winter. Her passion for living a well-rounded healthy and active lifestyle, as well as rehabilitating through (many) injuries of her own, has inspired her to provide effective physiotherapy care to all of her patients.
