Kinesiologist-led running clinics are offered in the Spring and Fall. We typically run a Couch to 5km and Couch to 10km program.
Our learn-to-run programs are popular and provide a safe and easy introduction to the sport of running. The clinics include running specific strength exercises prior to each run. Strengthening helps prevent injury while increasing running volume. Our success rate is 95%!!! We also discuss multiple educational topics including running form/technique, proper warm ups/stretches, rest vs. recovery, and more.
