Kinesiologist-led running clinics are offered in the Spring and Fall. We typically run a Couch to 5km and Couch to 10km program.
Our learn-to-run programs are popular and provide a safe and easy introduction to the sport of running. The clinics provide a 12 week gradual progression and include running specific strength exercises prior to each run. Strengthening helps prevent injury while increasing running volume. Our success rate is 95%!!! We also discuss multiple educational topics including running form/technique, proper warm ups/stretches, rest vs. recovery, and more.
