Tarryn Callaghan

BHK, MBCAK Kinesiologist

Tarryn was born and raised in Campbell River. She completed her Bachelor in Human Kinetics in 2015 and has been working as a Kinesiologist since. She brings over seven years of experience to Active Living Physio. Her main areas of interest include injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management, pilates, pre/post natal exercise and aquatic exercise.

Tarryn has passion for exercise programming and health education and has worked in a variety of settings including occupational rehabilitation, chronic disease management (arthritis, cardiac rehab, seniors exercise) and strengthening for the healthy adult. She enjoys guiding clients through their journey with exercise starting with building a strong foundation and creating long-lasting behaviour changes.

Outside of the clinic Tarryn enjoys hitting the trails, skiing, beach days and teaching fitness classes at Session Spin & Studio.
