We are pleased to offer Direct Billing for most major extended health insurance companies.
No referral is required, unless specified by your extended health insurance. We are unable to direct-bill MSP at this time.
ICBC clients are welcome; we can direct-bill those with MVA dates after April 1, 2019.
We do NOT have a contract with WorkSafe BC (WSBC) and as such, cannot see WSBC clients.
Quality.
At Active Living Physiotherapy all appointments are one-on-one, hands-on.
This means your entire appointment is spent with your physiotherapist. No machines and factory-style physio here! We care.
Time.
Your initial assessment will be one hour, which will allow your physiotherapist time to accurately assess and explain your condition, teach you about it, provide a treatment plan, and communicate with other health care practitioners so they’re all on the same page!
Expertise.
We stay up-to-date with current physiotherapy research and have educational in-services every four weeks.
Physios continue to take post-graduate courses in a variety of topics to stay up-to-date on their area of practice.
Our Vision: To be the “go-to” physiotherapy clinic in Campbell River.
Our Mission: To provide active residents of Campbell River and north Vancouver Island with research-based physiotherapy expertise in a one-on-one, client-centered setting.
Our Values: We promise to operate with integrity, genuine caring, and to be respectful and accountable. We are passionate about physiotherapy and value team collaboration and continuous professional growth.
