Her career began at the Campbell River Mirror, building skill-sets in administration and graphic design. Amanda served as Campbell River Minor Baseball's volunteer Registrar for 7 seasons,  further sharpening her administrative and web design skills.

Amanda is passionate about excellent customer service; she enjoys making connections with clients, and strives to work beyond clients’ expectations for a truly personal experience. She is proud to be part of the Active Living team, where these values are held in high regard and are part of every aspect of patient care. A Certified Running Coach (NAASFP), Amanda also enjoys co-coaching Active Living's "Learn to Run 5k & 10k" programs.

A born-and-raised Vancouver Islander, Amanda grew up exploring the beaches and trails of Campbell River and enjoys the many outdoor adventures the area has to offer. In her personal time, she can be found running the Seawalk and numerous trail systems in the Campbell River area, hiking the trails of Elk Falls or Strathcona Provincial Parks, or camping with her family along the shores of Lower Campbell Lake.
