ICBC Physiotherapy and Kinesiology visits
Rates are determined by ICBC, and are billed as such. Please allow one hour for your first appointment. For more information, or to book an appointment, please contact the clinic.
We direct-bill most major extended health insurance companies for Physiotherapy services.
(If you would like to know if your extended health company is on the list, please call the clinic. Please be aware some individual plans do not allow direct-billing; we have no way of knowing this until the service is submitted.)
Some insurance companies such as Blue Cross, SunLife and Canada Life have employers that list Kinesiology as part of the services they cover. Please contact your extended health insurance company and see if Kinesiology is covered under your Health Spending Account; we will NOT be direct-billing Kinesiology sessions at this time. Please consider becoming an advocate for the Kinesiology regulation process and coverage availability by sending a letter to your insurance company and MLA (see links below for letter templates.)
VISA, MC, and Debit are acceptable methods of payment for patient pay amounts or those without health insurance. We do not accept personal cheques.
We do NOT have a contract to see WSBC clients at this time but are happy to suggest other physiotherapy clinics for WSBC clients.
We do NOT have direct billing for MSP Eligible patients. We take full visit payment and provide a receipt that you are able to submit for MSP refund.
