Balance & Bones

 

Balance & Bones is a 7-week activity and education program designed to reduce risk of falls, maintain bone health and prolong independence for the aging population. Exercises will focus on balance and strength. Class will run in-person (max of 8 people)

• A 7-week program, Balance & Bones is a must for those who want to maintain an independent lifestyle
• Class is geared for those 65+ with independent mobility
• Weekly focus on balance, strength, bone health and fall reduction


All classes will be held at the Active Living Physio Clinic, #2-2380 South Island Highway, Willow Point (Larwood Plaza)
