Balance & Bones
Balance & Bones is a 7-week fall prevention and strength program for seniors, designed to reduce risk of falls, maintain bone health and prolong independence for the aging population. Exercises will focus on balance and strength. Class will run in-person (max of 8 people)
What is it?
All classes will be held at the Active Living Physio Clinic, #2-2380 South Island Highway, Willow Point (Larwood Plaza)
