Nordic Pole Walking

The Nordic Pole Walking class is a small group of walkers in a supportive, encouraging environment. Learn how to walk with Nordic Poles along our beautiful Seawalk. Learn how to fit your poles and properly use them!
What is it?
• Progressive endurance over several weeks.
• Walking poles can help with balance and endurance, activate your upper body and it's a fun way of exercising!
• Nordic poles are available for purchase from the clinic.
• All levels are welcome, however you must be able to walk for 20 minutes continuously to register.
All classes will start at the Active Living Physio Clinic, #2-2380 South Island Highway, Willow Point (Larwood Plaza)
